WORKFLOW
This is the typical sequence of how we would collaborate on a project.
1. Enquiry
- Email or online form 
2. Discussion
- Scope, deliverables and KPIs 
- Budget and expected schedule 
- Sign service agreement*, confidentiality agreement and quotation 
- Deposit payment for large projects 
(Transfer materials or resources)
(Brainstorming)
3. First draft or concept proposal
4. Feedback
5. Revisions
- Up to 2 revisions per file for simple graphic products 
6. Deliver final product
- Uploaded on cloud storage platform 
7. Invoicing & Payment
- PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer 
- Due within 14 days of final product delivery date 
- Copyright to the finished work will be transferred to the client after all payments have been settled. 
 This ownership is to include design, photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, text, and any program(s) specifically designed or purchased on behalf of the client for completion of the project.
*No contract is needed for academic projects funded by grants.
