This is the typical sequence of how we would collaborate on a project.

1. Enquiry

2. Discussion

  • Scope, deliverables and KPIs

  • Budget and expected schedule

  • Sign service agreement*, confidentiality agreement and quotation

  • Deposit payment for large projects

(Transfer materials or resources)

(Brainstorming)

3. First draft or concept proposal

4. Feedback

5. Revisions

  • Up to 2 revisions per file for simple graphic products

6. Deliver final product

  • Uploaded on cloud storage platform

7. Invoicing & Payment

  • PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer

  • Due within 14 days of final product delivery date

  • Copyright to the finished work will be transferred to the client after all payments have been settled.
    This ownership is to include design, photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, text, and any program(s) specifically designed or purchased on behalf of the client for completion of the project.


*No contract is needed for academic projects funded by grants.
