This is the typical sequence of how we would collaborate on a project.
1. Enquiry

2. Discussion
Scope, deliverables and KPIs
Budget and expected schedule
Sign service agreement*, confidentiality agreement and quotation
Deposit payment for large projects
(Transfer materials or resources)
(Brainstorming)
3. First draft or concept proposal
4. Feedback
5. Revisions
Up to 2 revisions per file for simple graphic products
6. Deliver final product
Uploaded on cloud storage platform
7. Invoicing & Payment
PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer
Due within 14 days of final product delivery date
Copyright to the finished work will be transferred to the client after all payments have been settled.
This ownership is to include design, photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, text, and any program(s) specifically designed or purchased on behalf of the client for completion of the project.
*No contract is needed for academic projects funded by grants.
